San Francisco Elevator Services is part of Specialized Elevator Services, a group of independent, local elevator companies that are dedicated to providing outstanding service for all elevator makes and models. Our focus is to provide quality preventative maintenance and modernization to building owners, property managers, homeowner associations, and end users of elevator equipment throughout the Bay area.

As a local company, our dispatchers and technicians are familiar with the Bay area and are able to offer highly responsive service to our customers. As part of Specialized Elevator Services – a large, supporting, regional service company – we offer the depth and resources to handle any challenge.

Licenses & Certifications

San Francisco Elevator holds the following licenses and certifications from the State of California:

GSA Contract
San Francisco Elevator holds a GSA Schedule Contract for Elevator Preventative Maintenance and is certified to provide goods and services to the Federal Government.

California State Contractor’s License
The State of California certifies San Francisco Elevator as a certified contractor according to the Contractors State License Board (CSLB).

Certified Qualified Conveyance Company
The State of California Department of Industrial Relations Division of Occupational Safety and Health certify San Francisco Elevator as a Certified Quality Conveyance Company in accordance with the provisions of section 7311.3 California Labor codes.
